Why the specs barely matter here

Valorant is one of the lightest competitive shooters on the market on purpose. Vanguard, not your GPU, decides whether you get in

Riot's anti-cheat, Vanguard, is a kernel-level driver that loads before Windows finishes starting up, so it can catch cheats that try to hide from normal anti-cheat software. On Windows 11 it will not let the game launch unless TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot are both turned on. If either is off, you get an error telling you Vanguard requires them, not a graphics or performance error. Both are usually available on any PC sold in the last few years.
